Nurit Bendory Shem Tov

Nurit was born in Rishon Lezion in 1967 and still resides there. She is married and has three sons.

She graduated the Faculty of Life Sciences in Tel Aviv University and holds a Bachelor of Law from Bar Ilan University. She is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1996 and has been  practicing Law since then. Since 2002 she has served as a qualified mediator on behalf of the National Mediation Institute of the Bar Association.

Nurit has vast experience and expertise in immovable and real estate, planning and construction, assemblage and parcellation plans registration for private clients and various authorities, several forms of real estate sale contracts, real estate sale procedures in receivership proceedings, parcellation registration with and without owners’ consent, condominiums registration, banks, lawsuits, execution, mediation, financial agreements, Law of Succession and Testament and more.

Nurit’s credo is that one has to be in tune with one’s client and  his or her needs, and act professionally and with the maximum loyalty possible in order to reach the right outcome, suitable for the client.

Nurit is a volunteer and social activist in the Forum Sport and Gender of the Rishon Lezion Municipality. She also runs the Angel Visit Enterprise in the framework of the  Municipal Women’s Center of Rishon Lezion (insert link to contribution to the community).

She writes regularly in the Legal Column of “From Generation to Generation” magazine (insert link to the articles). 

Nurit has an internet interview program entitled “Women of Rishon,” that allows self-expression for Rishon Lezion’s women who are active in the city professionally, socially and personally, and who may inspire any city resident (insert link to the program).
